DON'T LIVE HERE!! These people deserve 0 stars! They are such a hassle to work with. You put work orders in and they never get completed unless they deem it worthy enough. IF someone does end up coming out they harass you to leave them a good rating so that they can get some time off. On top of that, their maintenance staff is incredibly rude and incompetent; they can never seem to actually fix any issues. The trash at the complex is never pickup up, most likely because the property never pays their bills so there is always trash piling up in front and around the compactor, leading to cockroaches infesting the entire community! The office staff spends their day harassing tenants with emails about every little thing, but won't get out of their chairs to actually take care of anything. Be careful if you do move in this place because they will end up keeping your deposit, regardless how pristine you leave the apartment when your lease is up.

If I could give them zero stars I would I highly do not recommend living at Bradford Park Apartments due to their incredibly poor management and maintenance team. The management seems completely unresponsive to issues that residents face. Requests are often ignored, and when maintenance is needed, it takes forever to get any action. One of the biggest problems is the trash situation. The dumpster area is always overflowing, and it’s clear that they do not keep up with the trash collection. If you place items in front of the dumpster, they are often left there for days, attracting pests. Speaking of pests, I’ve had to deal with cockroaches near the mail area, which is absolutely disgusting. The apartment complex seems to be lacking basic cleanliness and pest control, making it a really unpleasant place to live. Overall, I’m extremely frustrated with my experience here and regret choosing Bradford Park Apartments. If you’re looking for a place with decent management and maintenance, I would suggest you look elsewhere

This afternoon I had the pleasure of having the maintenance team of willie and connor come and take care of a shower issue that I was having, where I had no hot water.They were delight, they knew what they were doing.Even though it was a little hard at first, because they had to figure out exactly what was wrong.They figured it out and now I have hot water to shower with again.Thank you again I appreciate it merry Christmas
