A good starter apartment complex! My fiancé and I have lived here for about a year now and we just renewed our lease for another year. It's been a pretty good experience so far. There are no cockroaches, the space is large, & the appliances work well. Only problem is that maintenance/pest control staff seem to get irritated with residents' requests (most of the time it's just easier to fix things/spray for bugs on your own). But it's a nice place to live and the management is great!

The maintenance team at Bradford Park is amazing! The always do there best to respond as quickly as possible to any problems. Anytime they’ve had to come fix anything for me they’ve been friendly and professional and have always did a really great job. Willie was super nice and did an awesome job

The ac unit went down in my son's unit over the weekend he made a call and maintenance was there in no time with a resolution two window units were placed in and he was advised that a ticket would be placed in to have the ac unit fixed the next business day and it was the service was preformed by Mr. Willie and he done a Great job he was quick, kind, and courteous and clean My son thanks you so much for a spectacular job and 😊

Ms Deborah was so professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and so sweet. She gave us a great tour and explained everything about the property and all the awesome amenities. I haven't meant an agent with such hospitality, in my 8 years of living in Rock Hill. My husband and I were Extremely Pleased with the upkeep of the property and updates in the apartment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property even if we don't get to live here! Everyone is so exceptional friendly

Mr. Willie and Mr. Jhoro have done a great job making sure my A/C system started to work again after having it down for a couple weeks. The apartment is now refreshed and cooled.
