Jack answered my maintenance request for a replacement toilet seat…Jack was so cordial & thoughtful & completed the maintenance work successfully…. Jack was very nice 👍🏾 🌻🌻🌻

I love how maintenance and the office responds so quickly to all concerns. I sent an email about my dryer to put in a ticket for me on a Sunday, and maintenance came to fix the issue on Monday morning while I was at work. I’ve been here for a little over 3yrs and always gotten quick service. I’m very pleased.

Jack was really friendly and very nice guy. He fixed the sink of the kitchen ( the flange was broken) he was so persistent to fix it and he did. He also fixed the clogged sink from bedroom. I recommend him always for maintenance.
