Thank you to the office staff for such a quick response concerning my maintenance request
A big thank you to the maintenance guy that came in, he knew exactly what the problem was and he wasted no time addressing it..
I really appreciate the fact that it was a Friday evening and he wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have to be bothered with a backed up kitchen sink over the weekend.

Billy and Willie were an absolute goated team! First of all they dragged a new microwave up 3 flights of stairs and waited for me to finish cooking before they installed it. They were quick and efficient and though they did try and steal my stool (don’t worry we saved it), they are our favorite maintenance crew! - the ladies in 117
