My AC was out and after a few days, the property provided a window unit until they were able to fix. Mark came, got it working and returned the next morning to follow up that it was still working properly. Mark did a great job, was respectful, kind, and clean. He even played a bit with my dog, Opal. Thank you Mark! (4 stars instead of 5 only because it took a few days to get a window unit, I had to ask for it instead of it being offered)

Much better and quicker reply time this time around for fans being installed.

Willie and John came today for maintenance, they did a great job as always. Always very nice and gets the job done.

Deborah gave me a fantastic tour and I can’t wait to call this community my home! Deborah really took the time to hear what I was looking for in a community, and was such a pleasure to talk to!!

Willie Nunez was terrific. He came in and fixed my AC unit in a timely manner and found out that some locks needed to be changed. He came right back after getting the new locks and fixed everything that we didn’t even realize needed fixing. Great great guy!!!

I just relocated to the Charlotte area. I looked for a couple months and settled on the Bradford Park Apartments in rock Hill. The young lady that helped me in the rental office along with two other people were very friendly, very kind, and Professional in helping me get my one bedroom apartment. I don’t leave a lot of Google reviews but Monique especially, Should be recognized for her personal skills and for her professional manner. This made this transition so easy, and I would recommend other people looking for an apartment to think of Bradford Park

Mr. John was so nice, and helped get our A/C up and running again quickly. The maintenance team here is so quick and speedy, we’re blessed to have such amazing guys taking care of us. Extra thanks Mr. John!

Nick come to fix my dryer door the same day I called to report the problem. I was at work but he called to inform me that he was entering my apartment to fix the issue. He was very professional and nice. I’m satisfied with how fast Bradford Park fixes issues when you call. They really care about their tenants.

2/6/24: Alan Hembra has been working on my HVAC unit. He listens to me without judgement n works hard to correct issue. 2/20/24: Alan quickly replied to my request for lowering my clothes rack (so I could reach it). Also, due to disability, I requested a hand-held shower-head. Bradford Place didn’t make me jump through hoops. I appreciate that!! Alan did a great job of installing the hand- held shower head. All of this was completed within a few days. Thank you!

This apartment complex is like no other! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They cater to their residents and future one's and their guest. Deborah was amazing! Very fun tour all questions and concerns answered! Oh and o many great amenities!
